The Hope and Healing Program: What We Offer

This is where our journey begins. At Southern Tier Recovery Outreach for New Growth, we're committed to providing quality counseling and support to the Southern Tier community. We're glad you're here to be a part of our story.

ID and Legal Documentation Program

The ID and Legal Documentation Program (IDLDP) helps unhoused individuals and those with substance use disorders secure essential documents like birth certificates and social security cards. As a core part of the "Home and Healing Recovery" initiative, it removes the barriers to obtaining the identification needed for long-term stability.

Sunday Community Meals Program

The Sunday Community Meals program provides a monthly hot meal and a space for connection at the First Congregational Church, 30 Main St, Binghamton, fueled by generous local partners and volunteers. It’s a dedicated time for neighbors to gather, share a table, and strengthen community ties.

Community Reintegration Program

The Community Reentry Program (CRP) provides a clinically proven pathway for individuals to gain the essential soft and technical skills needed for community success. Through personalized care plans, participants access professional development, on-the-job training, and wellness resources to foster long-term personal and professional growth.

“Your past does not define you. Your next decision does.”
